– **Request Management Procedure:** Refers to the guide procedure determining the details of the Data Subject’s right to apply to the Data Controller under Article 11 of the Law and the Company’s response process to such applications.
– **Data Controller:** Refers to the natural or legal person responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data, establishing, and managing the data recording system, in this case, the Company responsible for this activity.
